The Glass Window Bridge - North Eleuthera
This bridge is one of the most defining visual scenes of Eleuthera. Located in North Eleuthera, south of the Lower Bogue, this historic point has been referred to as the narrowest place on Earth. The stark visual contrast of the deep dark blue Atlantic side of the island meeting the shallow turquoise waters of the Exuma sound is truly mesmerizing.
There are times of the year when the Atlantic side rages with waves the completely engulf the bridge and its surroundings to be very careful where you venture. If you see the area around you is wet, then you should expect more and move to a safer vantage point. Read more about the Glass Window Bridge on Eleuthera and the Rage at Glass Window Bridge.
