Haynes Library - Objectives

The library's primary mission is to advance education to the residents and children of Governor's Harbour and Eleuthera. Haynes has over 10,000 books and a substantial collection of educational software. The library hosts over 8,000 visitors every year.

Along with books and software, Haynes Library has a computer resource center and high speed internet access all provided by contributions from friends, volunteers and well wishers from around the world. Visitors may access the internet using Hayne's computers or their own wireless laptops for a nominal fee.
